Dr. Mary Poth

Chiropractor

Pronouns: she/her/hers

All are welcome

After graduating in June 2023, I practiced in Vermont for a couple of years. I returned to the Midwest in 2025 to be closer to family.

My gravitation to chiropractic was a desire to learn more about my own body and to help other. I am so happy with that decision and don't feel like I work a day in my life! I enjoy helping patients directly address the root cause of symptoms in order to help you reach your goal, whether it be to alleviate/manage discomfort, improve quality of life, return to recreation, or preventative care.

My philosophy with treatment is three-fold:

  1. personalized care – using a tool box of techniques and therapies to find what works best for your body

  2. holistic – addressing soft tissue component (ie fascia, muscles) of joint dysfunction as well as lifestyle changes

  3. rehab – utilizing corrective exercises and neuro rehab to encourage long-term recovery, well-being, and self-management strategies
